Applicants must be at least 18 years old. To qualify, you'll need to provide proof of income to verify that your income is at least three times the monthly rent. Additionally, a positive rental payment history is required. The application process also includes a credit history review and adherence to our rental standards. For more details or to view our leasing terms and conditions, please contact us or apply online now.

To apply, choose your preferred apartment floor plan on our website and click 'APPLY NOW' to begin the online application process. A $75 application fee is required per person over 18, along with a non-refundable $150 administration fee. Security deposits range from $1,000 to $2,500, based on credit approval. As an alternative to a traditional security deposit, a Jetty Bond may be available. Contact our leasing office today for more details!

Please bring a valid photo ID with you. Note that temporary paper IDs are not accepted.

Applicants need to have an income at least three times the monthly rent. We require proof of income and perform a third-party credit check as part of our screening process.

Rent is due on the 1st of every month, including holidays.

To ensure a smooth and transparent pet approval process, our community partners with PetScreening.com to manage pet and animal records efficiently. All residents, whether pet owners or not, are required to create a PetScreening profile.

This service helps validate reasonable accommodation requests for assistance animals, ensures compliance with our pet policies, and allows us to maintain up-to-date pet records. PetScreening also makes it easy for pet owners to share their pet’s information with housing providers, pet services, and more.

How It Works:

  • All pets must be screened before final application approval.
  • Pet Profiles: $30 (credit card) or $25 (ACH).
  • Assistance Animals & Non-Pet Households: $0 profile fee.
  • Pet profiles must be renewed annually to remain current.
